The Gymnasium of the Club was outfitted with wide provisions of fitness training equipment. Treadmills, Steppers, Cross-trainers, Bikes and Rowing Ergometer are equipped for Cardiovascular Training, whilst Biceps Curl, Vertical Press, Shoulder Press, Pectoral Fly, Hamtractor, Thighsolator, Leg Raiser, Leg Machine, Adductor, AB Machine, Smith Machine and Multi-station are installed for Strength Training. There is also a Free-weight Training Zone inside the Gymnasium.
Personal Fitness Training is offered by appointment.while Gym Equipment Course can be enrolled at the Club Office.

The Club has 3 swimming pools with lifeguards on-duty: The 25 meter five-lane swimming pool and the 12 meter medium pool are refurbished with the decks coated with PVC membrane, which is non-slippery, sanitised to prevent growth of algae and microbes. The toddlers' pool is specified for the usage of young kids aged 8 or below. The main pool and the medium pool operate with heating and cooling systems throughout the year.
