Facilities Booking (Outside Bodies) Application Form
For promoting sports in the community, Kowloon Tong Club provides sport facilities booking service to the following organizations for training and competition.
Applicants are required to observe and adhere to the deadlines for submission of applications for booking of recreation and sports facilities and send the application forms to Kowloon Tong Club three months in advance. (e.g. booking for sessions in May 2013 should reach the booking office between 1 to 31 January 2013). The application will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis. Applicants will be informed of the result of their application one month before the date of use upon completion of application forms and settlement of payment. If the application is not accepted, the cheque will be returned to the applicant accordingly.

The hirer shall not cancel any confirmed booking unless the cancellation is deemed necessary and supported by strong and justifiable reasons. Notice of such cancellation is required to be given at least 30 days prior to the date of use. The hirer shall be liable to any damages to the facilities.
All users of Kowloon Tong Club's recreation and sports facilities shall observe the Bye-Laws and general Conditions of Use of Recreation and Sports Facilities of Kowloon Tong Club.
If any user fails to observe or perform any of the provisions of the said Bye-Laws and general Conditions of Use of Recreation and Sports Facilities, the officer-in-charge of the venue may refuse such user from using the facilities, or without notice cancel the confirmed booking or immediately terminate the hiring of the facilities in whole or in part. Any charges paid by the users to Kowloon Tong Club may not be refunded and Kowloon Tong Club has the right to deduct from the charges paid or claim from the user any loss of the Club as a result of the breach.
